Terms of Use
Effective October 18, 2026
These terms describe the rules for using the YIPI gaming website at yipi.io. By using the website, you agree to follow these rules. If you disagree, please stop using the site.
1. Eligibility
The website is intended for people aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, ask a parent or guardian for permission before creating a profile. Users are responsible for complying with their local laws.
2. Playing games
YIPI provides its original games for personal, noncommercial entertainment. Features, game rules, online availability, supported devices and saved progress may change. Third-party games are operated by independent publishers; leaving YIPI means you become subject to that site's terms and privacy practices.
3. Accounts and security
An account is optional. You must provide a permitted username, protect your password and avoid impersonation, automated account creation, or accessing another person's account. YIPI may suspend abusive accounts or remove abusive leaderboard entries.
4. Fair play and community records
Do not disrupt services, reverse engineer protected server components, use bots to overwhelm the site, deliberately submit false competitive records or interfere with other visitors. Casual leaderboards depend on client-reported scores and are not certified tournament results. There are no prizes, cash gambling or cash payouts associated with YIPI's scoreboards.
5. Intellectual property
YIPI branding and YIPI original games are provided for play on this site. Unless authorized by the rights holder, do not redistribute game code, artwork or a commercial mirror. Third-party names, trademarks and games remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing here claims ownership of external linked games.
6. Advertising and external links
YIPI may display advertising through Google AdSense, subject to user choices and applicable requirements. Advertising and third-party links are not endorsements, and we are not responsible for third-party products, services or policies. Never assume an ad is part of a game.
7. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We try to keep games accessible but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, bug-free games, permanent score retention or compatibility with every browser. We may modify or discontinue games or features.
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, YIPI's operator is not responsible for losses caused by interruptions, third-party services or loss of game data. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
9. Privacy, reporting and changes
See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Report bugs, intellectual property concerns or abusive activity using Contact YIPI or email Admin@yipi.io. We may revise these terms and post a new effective date.
Before publication: confirm the website operator's correct legal identity, governing law and jurisdiction-specific consumer terms with a qualified professional. This is not a final legal opinion.
